1. Software licence
Gunit is licensed, not sold. A licence permits use of the software on the account and terminal configuration agreed at purchase or during an early-access programme. Redistribution, resale, decompilation and reverse engineering are not permitted.
2. No advice, no guarantee
Gunit is a technical tool. It does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee any trading result. All trading decisions and account settings remain the responsibility of the user.
3. Performance information
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, performance figures published on this website are simulated MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester results using historical real-tick data. They are not live or independently audited results.
4. Availability and changes
Features described as roadmap items are in development and may change, be delayed, or be removed. The website content may be updated at any time as testing continues.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gunit and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software or website.
